CST is a manual therapy in which bones, membranes and muscles are mainly relaxed in the area of the skull, neck and hyoid bone (cranium = head, sacrum = sacrum).

What is CST?

CST is a therapy in which bones, membranes and muscles are relaxed (cranium = head, sacrum = sacrum).

This is done by gentle pressure of the therapist's hands on the patient's CS system. Through relaxation, bones, muscles and membranes are brought back into a flowing, harmonious rhythm that is independent of breathing and heart rate.

(CST is not covered by health insurance).
